Where Kids Eat Free (or for £1) This Half Term

February half term, which for most schools in the UK runs from Monday, 16th February to Friday, 20th February in 2026, can be dreary and not to mention expensive. To help save the pennies, these are the places where kids can eat free or for just £1 this break.

Angus Steak House

Children aged eight and under can enjoy a complimentary Kids Menu dish when accompanied by a full-paying adult. The menu also comes complete with activity sheet and colouring crayons.

Originally just for school holidays, Asda’s Kids Eat for £1 café deal is available all year round. No adult purchase is required. More details about the initiative here.

Ask Italian

From the 8th – 22nd February 2026 (excludes 14th February from 5pm), you can get up to two kids meals for free with at least one full price adult main mea via the ASK Perks rewards app.

Bill’s at half-term

Two kids can eat free when one adult orders any main (breakfast, lunch or dinner), Monday 16th – Friday 20th February.  Children will also receive a free limited edition colour and read me book.

BrewDog

We’ve been to the Waterloo BrewDog and love it! Aside from the microbrewery and great food, there’s duckpin bowling, table tennis, an indoor ice-cream van and a massive slide, which is big enough for adults to go on too!

This February half-term, when you book a table and an adult is eating too, the kids can eat for free. You must select the ‘KIDS EAT FREE’ booking type to take advantage of the offer.

From the 10th – 20th February 2026, across the UK, Kids Eat Free returns. For every adult main purchased, one child can enjoy a free meal, which includes a main, two sides, a drink, and dessert.

Gordon Ramsay Restaurants

Hungry Horse

Kids Eat for £1 returns to Hungry Horse from the 16th of February to the 27th of February (Monday – Friday). With every adult main meal, kids can get a full meal deal for just £1, which includes a main, a drink, and a dessert. Available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

IKEA

At everybody’s favourite Swedish retailer, kids can eat for just 95p and enjoy pasta, tomato sauce, a soft drink and a piece of fruit. Even better, IKEA is hosting free workshops and activities over half term and you can leave the kids at the Småland supervised play area for free for 60 minutes while you shop in-store. Celebrate the half term with IKEA.
 

Las Iguanas

From 15th–20th February, kids eat free at Las Iguanas with the purchase of an adult main and no app is required (outside of half term kids eat free Sunday-Thursday, but the app is required). Kids can enjoy a free main, dessert and drink, from juicy burgers and cheesy quesadillas to a mild Bahian curry.

Kids eat for £1 Monday to Friday from 3pm throughout the year when you buy an adult main meal. However, this offer is extended during the school holidays where it is available from 12pm.

Subway

Subway is running its first kids eat free deal during the February half term (14th to 20th February). The fast food restaurant is offering one free Little Subs Kids Pack with the purchase of any Footlong Sub at participating restaurants nationwide.

Tesco
