It’s honestly so common for treatments not to work, especially now with super lice that don’t respond to most shop-bought options. What really makes the difference is knowing how to comb properly and when – timing is everything with the lice life cycle.

I use a gentle, non-toxic approach (I swear by NitNOT) and see families all the time who’ve tried everything before finding something that actually works.

If anyone’s struggling or just wants some advice, feel free to reach out – happy to help however I can
